PM04879: "ACTION-CONNECT-DATABASE-MODIFY-REP-WP.BASE" DOESN'T HAVE DOMAIN FILTERING

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This target will get called in a Dbxfer process even if the
  domain it belongs to is not included in the parameter
  "-DTransferDomainList".
  
  It should add "domain filtering" as a dependency, to make sure
  that it will only get called if its corresponding DB domain is
  included in the "-DTransferDomainList" parameter.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• 'action-connect-database-modify-rep-wp.base' does not take
  TransferDomainList into account.  It only needs to be executed
  if release, community, customization, or jcr are being
  transferred.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to filter out the feedback and likeminds
  domains.
