Error description

• MODIFY STATISTICS TABLESPACE does not remove rows in
  SYSIBM.SYCOLDIST_HIST, only a MODIFY STATISTICS INDEX will.
  However, the tablespace in question does not have an index.
  

Local fix

• Use SQL DELETE to remove the unneeded rows.

  MODIFY STATISTICS TABLESPACE does not delete records from
  DB2 catalog table SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST_HIST. The rows from the
  SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST_HIST catalog table are only deleted when
  INDEXSPACE or INDEX keywords are specified with MODIFY
  STATISTICS. However, if no index exists for the table(s) in the
  table space, MODIFY STATISTICS with INDEXSPACE / INDEX keyword
  specification cannot be executed and therefore the records
  cannot be deleted.
