  1. Column CPU_WEIGHT in table MVSPM_CPU_H (and its views)
  is calculated incorrectly when WLM is not active for the
  partition. This results in reports MVSPM116/7 (RMF CPU Activity-
  Hourly/Daily) displaying incorrect Logical Processor Share %.
  
  2. Reports MVSPM118/119 (RMF Partition Data - Hourly/Daily)
  show incorrect partition weight, even though CPU weight
  calculations are correct in source table MVSPM_LPAR_H.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Correct calculation of column CPU_WEIGHT in table
  MVSPM_CPU_H.
  
  2. Add new column LPAR_WEIGHT to view MVSPM_LPAR_RMF_HV.
  
  3. Change reports MVSPM118/119 (RMF Partition Data - Hourly/
  Daily) to display either the Actual Weight (WEIGHT_ACTUAL), or
  the Assigned Weight (LPAR_WEIGHT), sourced from view
  MVSPM_LPAR_RMF_HV.
