Error description

• When using the "Process Input x" statement, program DRLCEXTR
  ABENDS WITH A S0C7.

  ****************************************************************
  With logs containing 799 records the rate code from the R799RESV
  field may be inappropriately applied to subsequent records
  (which are not 799 records.)
  

Problem conclusion

• The dictionary program has been corrected so that the rate
  code is re-initialised.
