Error description

• In some situations where errors are detected while checking the
  validity of operands for comparison operators in XPath
  expressions, the error messages produced refer to the inverse of
   the operator whose operands are in error.

  In some situations where errors are detected while checking
  the validity of operands for comparison operators in
  XPath expressions, the error messages produced refer
  to the inverse of the operator whose operands
  are in error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The analysis of some comparison operators in XPath expressions
  is defined in terms of the inverse comparison operator.
  Resulting in any produced error messages being described in
  terms of the inverse operator.  This is fixed by making the
  name of the operator be a parameter for the functions that
  analyze the XPath operators in question so that the correct
  name of the operator can be used in any error messages.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
