• A form submitted with search parameters gets submitted twice,
  with the LINK_TARGET being omitted for JSF portlets.

Problem summary

• When an event is published from a JSR286 portlet, the receiving
  portlet  which <br/>is a JSR286 portlet, is able to receive the
  event. <br/><br/>But when the same event is published from a JSF
  JSR286 portlet, the same <br/>receiving portlet is not able to
  receive the event.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix was packaged with PM05623 and is available here:
