Local fix

Problem summary

  • ContextProcessor implementations accessing the HTTP session
     throw NullPointExceptions when being used
with the new JSR 286 Rendering Portlet.

Problem conclusion

  • This fix introduces a new portlet preference for the JSR 286
Rendering Portlet that can be enabled to make the rendering
     portlet
generate a HTTP session prior to calling a configured
     ContextProcessor. The preference is named
     WCM_CREATE_SESSION_FOR_CONTEXT_PROCESSOR
and it is disabled (i.e. set to "false") by default.
