PM00985: LINKS TO CONTENT ARE BROKEN WHEN RENDERING JSP COMPONENTS IN LRP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a JSP component is used to render Content X which contains a
  link to Content Y and then this JSP component is rendered in the
  
  LRP, then the link to content Y does not work. The separator "?"
  in the url was being replaced with "&".
  This fix is the same as APAR PK62857, however the changes were
  merged out.
  Reapplied the fix.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• If a JSP component is used to render Content X which contains a
   link to Content Y and then this JSP component is rendered in
   the LRP, then the link to content Y does not work.
  

Problem conclusion

• The separator "?" in the url was being replaced with "&" because
   the system was assuming that the url was portal generated and
   therefore would already contain "?". However this is not
   currently true when using the rendering using the API
   Workspace.render() method
