PM00098: REMEMBER ME NOT WORKING CORRRECTLY WITH MIXED DN CASE USAGE

Error description

• Remember me cookie functionality is not correctly verifying
  cookie user DN settings with LDAP DN data. This can lead to
  rejected remember me cookie data. A user with correct rememberme
  cookie would not be able to see pages/portlets with identified
  authentication level.
  
  The remember me cookie user verification code has been fixed to
  correctly handle DN case insensitivity with this APAR.
