    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the web user interface (WUI) *
    * or other CPSM API request fails because *
    * a response was not received from one or *
    * more of the target MASes or CMASes, the *
    * region or regions that did not respond *
    *                      are not identified.                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this *
    * APAR, all CMASes and MASes must be recycled *
    * to pick up the new code. *
    *                                                              *
    * The restarts need not be performed at the *
    * same time, however if systems are not *
    * restarted at the same time, the following *
    *                 rules apply:                                 *
    *                                                              *
    * - Maintenance Point (MP) CMASes must be re- *
    * started with updated libraries before any *
    * non-MP CMASes which connect directly or *
    *                   indirectly to it.                          *
    *                                                              *
    * - If you have more than one MP CMAS and any *
    * of those MP CMASes are connected directly *
    * or indirectly, then those MP CMASes must *
    * be restarted at the same time. *
    *                                                              *
    * - A CMAS must be restarted with updated *
    * libraries before any MASes which connect *
    *                   to it.                                     *
    *                                                              *
    * If a CMAS executing from libraries in which *
    * the PTF resolving this APAR is applied, *
    * connects directly or indirectly to a CMAS *
    * executing CPSM for CICS Transaction Server *
    *                 V3.2, the PTFs which resolve APAR PK95898    *
    * must be applied, and CMASes and MASes *
    * running CPSM for CICS Transaction Server *
    * V4.1 must be restarted with the updated *
    * libraries before starting CMASes and MASes *
    * with the changes made by that APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
       Certain internal CPSM errors may result in missing data in
    result sets, or incomplete processing of actions. The CPSM API
    will return response and reason codes including, but not limited
    to, ENVIRONERROR / REQTIMEOUT (Communications timeout), and
    NOTAVAILABLE / SCOPE (a target MAS was shutting down at the time
    a request was made). In some cases partial data may be returned
    but the MASes or CMASes which caused the error response are not
    identified.

       A new resource table, MASQRYER has been defined. The CPSM
    API has been modified to build MASQRYER resources identifying
    non-responding MASes or CMASes whenever a response is not re-
    ceived from one or more MASes in the request scope, for a GET,
    PERFORM, or SET command for a CICS Operate resource. A new
    parameter, QUERYERROR, has been added to the QUERY and FETCH
    commands. Adding QUERYERROR to a QUERY command will cause it
    to return information related to MASQRYER resources generated
    by the last GET, PERFORM, or SET command to act on the result
    set. Adding QUERYERROR to a FETCH command will cause it to
    return MASQRYER resources generated by the last GET, PERFORM,
    or SET command to act on the result set. The Web User Interface
    (WUI) has been modified to issue one or more of the following
    messages:  EYUVC1209E, EYUVC1293E, or EYUVC1294W, when responses
    are not received from one or more MASes in the request scope,
