APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• OEM product CA-Dispatch produces SMFTYPE6 records however
  when processed by UAC the form id is not picked up correctly
  causing the error message:
  "Form-ID rate codes not in the Rate Table" and incorrect
  totals.

  The FORM_ID from the CA-Dispatch SMF 6 record was not being
  assigned to the FORM field in the 793 record and the CSR+
  record.
  

Problem conclusion

• DRLCACCT has been updated to allocate the CA-Dispatch form
  correctly. The dictionary entries for the CA-Dispatch data
  in the 793 record have been updated.
