The JAX-WS runtime is not correctly importing the indicated class. One of the scenarios that could cause this problem is if the com.ibm.ws.websvcs.metadata.*=all trace is enabled
Problem conclusion
The JAX-WS runtime manifest is changed to correctly import the com.ibm.ejs.csi package. The DefaultComponentMetaData class will now be correctly found. APAR PK85717 corrects this same problem for WebSphere Application Server V7.0 The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 6.1.0.29.
