Local fix

Problem summary

  • As from timezone level tzdata2009h, the transition time for
    moving to Daylight Savings Time in Asia/Amman is 24:00.  This
    time is out of range for the java Calendar classes.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    1.4.2 SR13 FP2
    5.0.0 SR11
    .
    The transition time is modified to one millisecond before
    midnight.  This only affects IBM's Solaris and HP builds and the
    timezone update utility JTZU.
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20090904 or later
