PK96901: PURGE A SITE/AREA WITH CHILDREN DIDN'T GET WARNING OF DESCENDANTS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. create a site/area with children siteareas
  2. navigate to the sitearea list view in authoring ui
  3. select the sitearea, More action>purge, then the sitearea is
  purged without any warning of descendants.
  

Local fix

• Purging items called a content service method called remove
  which did not check if item has children. Purge is now changed
  to call permanentDelete in contentService, this function checks
  if item has children and produces an appropriate warning/error
  when you attempt to purge a site with siteareas underneath.
