    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Several of the following messages are received during
    startup/shutdown of the CICS/WMQ adapter:
    DFHMQ0480 E MQCC=2 MQRC=2195 QRPL at X'000A0000' FRB at
    X'000A0000'.
    This is because the TCB which was allocated during initial
    CICS/WMQ connection processing, to call the WMQ address space
    to determine the release of WMQ being used, has subsequently
    been allocated to a long running non-WMQ related task, causing
    the disconnect logic to incorrectly assume there is still a
    WMQ task in the system.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHMQCON has been altered so that the TCB, allocated during
    initial CICS/WMQ connection processing, to call the WMQ address
    space to determine the release of WMQ being used, is deleted
    immediately after use.
