Error description
The customer receives a USERIDERR when trying to route a transaction. This results in EYU9XLOP not being called for the route terminate or route complete and the following message to be issued within CPSM: . EYUWG0106E CICSMQ1 WLM has encountered an error while attempting to release MAS resources. . DFHEIIC is not calling the dynamic router after the error. This results in WNLE control blocks not being freed.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: EYUWG0106E is issued after CICS * * repeatedly fails to call the * * distributed routing program at task * * termination. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The CICS DSRTPGM SIT parameter for a routing region specified EYU9XLOP as the distributed routing program. The problem presented as an EYUWG0106E error within CPSM. This indicated a shortage of 'Workload Manager, Managed Address Space List Elements' (WNLEs). A task running on CICS was configured to run exit program EYU9XLOP at task end and had it done so, would have been routed to the CMAS and freed off any WNLEs. DFHEIIC was driven and attempted to invoke exit EYU9XLOP in routine SHIP_ROUTABLE_START. However, this failed due to a revoked userid. As a consequence, EYU9XLOP was not called and WNLEs were not freed. This occurred many times eventually causing an EYUWG0106E to be issued. Keywords: msgEYUWG0106E CKTI dyropter
Problem conclusion
Routine SHIP_ROUTABLE_START in DFHEIIC has been modified and if DYROPTER=Y, will now call link_dynamic_router to drive CPSM exit EYU9XLOP unconditionally.
