The control block used for error handling is incorrectly used.
With PK60002 on, running an application could get an abend 04e
in DSNGEFLC erqual 5001 or DSNGEELC erqual 5001 and other
unpredicatable results.  Other possible symptoms include:
- A possible storage overlay
- ABEND04E RC00E70005 in DSNXEFDA:M500
- ABEND0C4 RC04 in DSNXECW+2EC6
- ABEND0C4 RC38 in DSNXECWA+8FC0
