Required classes from the IBM JAXB Unmarshaller may not
be found by the application's ClassLoader during the
application installation process.

As a result, the IBM JAXB Unmarshaller may throw a
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

Problem conclusion

The issue was corrected by changing the OSGi manifest for the
plug-in containing the IBM JAXB Unmarshaller to export the
required classes.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
