    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A customers automation checks for the *
    *                      send/receive rate to drop to 0 - it     *
    * is only when they get to 0 that they *
    *                      can stop/reset/restart the scripts      *
    * thru automation. This means that the *
    * automation has to wait for the last *
    * session to fail before the recovery *
    *                      can take place.                         *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    It would be more useful if the Tn3270 server would go into
    recovery mode if dropped and successfully reconnect.
