Error description
Root cause: When a user first accesses the authoring UI the Access Profile will be computed. Currently this involves retrieving all libraries in the system and computing the current users rights to the library and all UI folders within each library. As the number of libraries grows the time taken to compute the Authoring Access Profile grows and will put unnecessary stress on the system.
Local fix
The Access Profile for a library is now only computed when a user navigates to the library in the UI.
Problem summary

Currently this involves retrieving all libraries in the system and computing the current users rights to the library and all UI folders within each library. As the number of libraries grows the time taken to compute the Authoring Access Profile grows and will put unnecessary stress on the system.
Problem conclusion
The Access Profile for a library is now only computed when a user navigates to the library in the UI.
