    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NoClassDefFoundError may occur if the *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Install a fixpack that contains this APAR *
    ****************************************************************
When enabling trace for com.ibm.ws.websvcs.metadata.*=all, the
runtime may throw a NoClassDefFoundError caused by a
ClassNotFoundException. The runtime may not find the
    com.ibm.ejs.csi.DefaultComponentMetaData class that is being
    instrumented by the trace level.

Problem conclusion

  • The runtime was corrected so that the issue does not occur
when the trace level is enabled.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.27. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
