Error description

TargetTreeMbean throws an MBeanException when invoking the
exportTargetTree method and fails to write the complete
target.xml to the file system.

The TargetTreeMbean exportTargetTree method fails to write the
complete target.xml to the file system throwing an
MBeanException. This is caused by user defined variables
containing white-space characters that are improperly encoded
when incorporated into the on-demand configuration component.

Problem conclusion

The white-space character encoding was corrected to prevent
the TargetTreeMbean exportTargetTree method failure.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
