Customer is using the following tag library to parse XML data:

<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/xml" prefix="x"
%>
When using this tag library in conjunction with the page
session set to false, a java.lang.IllegalStateException is
thrown. If the session is set to true it works properly.

session attribute set to false can throw the following
exception while parsing XML data with JSTL tag library tags:

Problem conclusion

The JSTL code which is packaged in WebSphere Application
Server was modified to ensure the session is set prior to
pulling session attributes from the session scope.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29, 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
