• ABEND0C4 in DSNXRCSF+8A2 at PTF level UK44120.  R4 and R5 are
  both X'40404040'.
  Note that is error is caused by UK44120.
  

Local fix

• A REBIND will not fix this.

  An ABEND0C4 at DSNXRCSF+08A2 may occur when a query contains
  an aggregate function or MIN/MAX scalar function and PK76100 is
  applied. The problem occurs because the internal structures
  are interpreted incorrectly.
  
  Following is an example of failing query:
  INSERT INTO T1 (C1, C2, ...)
  SELECT MAX('01', CHAR(DECIMAL(C1,2,0)-1)), C2, ...
    FROM TA
   WHERE ...
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 is fixed to interpret the aggregate function and the MIN/MAX
  scalar function correctly.
