This problem may manifest itself as:
[4/21/09 11:47:16:389 CDT] 00000006 CGBridge      I
CWRCB0122I: Core group bridge synchronization timed out in 900
seconds.

This message indicates that a bridge may be using stale data.

The problem is related to stopping and starting multiple
bridges at a given time because it can prolong the time it
takes for a view containing the current set of active bridges
to be established.  During this delay, state information may
not get propagated properly between core groups and can result
in core group bridge messages being sent out of order.  This
problem will likely only occur in topologies with 10 or more
core groups.  Another aspect of the problem is that it can
lead to HMGR5013E messages.  These messages can potentially
occur in all core group bridge topologies - not just those
with 10 or more core groups.  The HMGR5013E messages are
usually harmless and indicate that a bridge has more data than
it expects after a bridge rebuild.

Problem conclusion

The problem with messages being sent out of order was
corrected and the occurrence of HMGR5013E messages was
significantly reduced.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29, and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
