Error description

  • In some cases notifications are not send to the owner and all
    admins of an applications if policy notifications are set for
    owner and admins. This is caused by the code trying to avoid
    sening multiple notifications to the same person.

    sending multiple notifications to the same person.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code does now track the users that got an notification
    and not only that a notification was already sent.
