Error description

• LOAD DATA LOG NO utility failed with DSNU016I reason 00E40347
  ( RC00E40347 ) and 00E40020 ( RC00E40020 ), since DBET abended
  04E RC00C90101 DSNIDBDF ERQUAL5222 due to failing the piece
  check XPIECEDATAALSOSENT for a Partitioned pageset as the
  DBEDHPNC - highest PART number is incorrect

  When an inconsistency with the internal DBET state extend-in-
  progress was detected between the notify message sending member
  (sender) and the notify message receiving member (receiver), the
  receiver abended and DB2 was brought down (expectedly) in order
  to get DBET back in synch with the sender upon DB2 restart.
  
  The extend-in-progress state is typically present briefly,
  during an occasional INSERT or LOAD.  It may persist past
  INSERT/LOAD if the INSERT/LOAD jobs experienced some sort
  of a failure or a cancel.  In such cases, DB2 will still remove
  the extend-in-progress eventually.
  

Problem conclusion

• This serviceability APAR will get the internal DBET state
  extend-in-progress back in synch among data-sharing members
  while trying to keep DB2 up.
