Error description

According to the documentation, SDOHelper.getDateString should
be used to convert a Date() object to a string before calling
SDO set method.

For example: date = new Date(); entity.set("registerDate",
SDOHelper.getDateString(date));

However, no function is provided to convert the date string
from a search() or get() operation back to a Date() object.

A helper function is needed.

The following date issues are fixed by this APAR:
  o When searching using xpath expressions that compare date
values, the opposite results are returned
(for example, activeDate>'2009-06-25T16:18:21.467' returns
entities with dates less than the value)

  o When the LDAP adapter is called to create an entity with a
millisecond timestamp of 000, the following exception may occur:
 CWWIM1998E The following system exception occurred during
processing: 'java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date:
"3820-06-25T15:43:56Z"'.

Problem conclusion

The problems have been fixed.

A new function is added to SDOHelper:
