Error description

• Problem Description: When prerendering individual content using
  the ?MOD=cacher, if the
  site that the content is stored under hasnt been prerendered
  yet, the content
  will not prerender.
  
  The infocenter states:
  To pre-render individual content items the site specified in the
  URL must either be a
  site set in the WCMConfigService.properties file, or you must
  have previously manually
  pre-rendered the site using "SRV=cacheSite".
  
  However, if the site is cached manually or on schedule, but the
  server has been restarted
  since the last run, the individual content will not be
  prerendered.
