  numbers.  The values are 10 digit or more numbers which
  translate to over 230 years.

Problem conclusion

• R747PFPT HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM AN INTEGER TO A FLOAT. THIS WAS
  CAUSING FRAME_PACING_AVG COLUMN IN MVSPM_FICON_H TO SHOW VERY
  LARGE NUMBERS.
