Error description

NullPointerException occurs when clicking the link of a data
source in the administrative console. Following is a link of
the administrative console;

Resources > JDBC > Data sources > Data source name

This problem occurs if the data source is created by wsadmin
command and all attributes for data source are not specified,
and display the administrative console in Japanese locale. This
problem does not occur if displaying an administrative console
with English locale.

NullPointerException occurs when clicking the link of a data
source in admin console. Following is a link of administrative

Problem conclusion

Code has been changed to handle the foreign locale correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
