When a user or group is added to a community role the new members should be informed via email about that (if mail notification is enabled). Currently this works only when a user is added, but not when a group is added.

When a user or group is added to a community role the new members should be informed via email about that (if mail notification is enabled). Currently this works only when a user is added but not when a group is added.
Problem conclusion
When a group is added and mail notification is enabled all users of the group will receive a mail that they are members of the application now. The mail sending behaviour can be controlled by three new configurations settings.
