Error description
The insert link dialog launched from the rich text editor, when editing an existing link, does not show current values for the link.
Local fix
Problem summary
When editing a selected existing link in the rich text editor, the current values for the link (target, description etc.) are not shown in the 'Insert Link' popup dialog. As a result, editing an existing link amounts to recreating the link entirely. This is because no information for the current link at the cursor location was being passed to the dialog.
Problem conclusion
Code was changed to send and use current link information to the dialog. Since, if only part of an existing link is selected in the rich text editor, it is difficult to know if the user intended to edit the existing link or create a new link with the selected text, the following rules apply to be able to edit an existing link: * To edit an existing link, the cursor must simply be placed inside the link text, and no text selected. WCM will find the existing link the cursor is placed in, and will edit that link. * If any text of an existing link is selected, the 'Insert Link' dialog will show no existing values, and will in fact create a new link.
