Local fix

Problem summary

  • Consistency checking of timezone classes allow daylight-savings
    time transition times between 0:00 and 23:59.  The Olson
    timezone update tzdata2009h introduced a transition time for
    Jordan of 24:00 which is rejected by the JVM.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    5.0.0 SR10
    1.4.2 SR13 FP1
    .
    The consistency checking of timezones has been relaxed to allow
    a transition time of 24:00.

    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20090625 or later
