Error description
IWKMU1026X: File not found error while rendering menu component for specific user Steps to Recreate the issue. (1) Create two user groups , GroupA , GroupB. Added userA in GroupA , and userB in GroupB. (2) Give user access to [All Authenticated Portal User] group on LRP page , LRP portlet , WCM library.. (3) Create a siteArea called "Authenticated SiteArea". Give read access to [All Authenticated Portal User] group. (4) Create a content called "Content_UserA" under "Authenticated SiteArea" , give read access to GroupA. (5) Create a content called "Content_UserB" under "Authenticated SiteArea" , give read access to GroupB. (6) Create a content called "Content_Authenticated" under "Authenticated SiteArea" , give read access to All Authenticated Porta User] group. (7) Create a menu with following options. Menu Element Query -- > siteArea Include ancestors = true Include descendents = true Further Options -- > Select "Current content" (8) Give read access on parent site of "Authenticated SiteArea" , authoring template and presentation template and menu. (9) Configure menu in LRP in component section and Authentication_SiteA rea in content section.. Note : Make sure Authentication_SiteArea does not have any default content. (10) Preview LRP. It shows all three content name.. Seems OK. Results as below .. Authenticated_Content Content_UserA Content_UserB (11) Login with userA. Shows following. Seems OK. Authenticated_Content Content_UserA (12) Login with userB. Shows following. Seems OK. Authenticated_Content Content_UserB (13) Login with admin , and delete "Content_Authenticated" . Preview LRP. It shows following.. Seems OK. Content_UserA Content_UserB (14) Loggn with userA. Shows "Content_UserA" .. Seems OK. (15) Login with userB. Shows following error. "IWKMU1026X: File not found" (16) Logs shows following error. [7/6/09 15:50:11:078 IST] 00000051 PortletLog W org.apache.jetspeed.portlet.PortletLog warn No content could be found at the path /Web Content/S1/Authentication_SiteArea. Please check the path in the config mode.
