Problem conclusion

• The code was rewritten to ensure the proper checking and
  comparisons were done to prevent the ClassCastException from
  occurring.
  
  This APAR is applicable to the v6.1 release only, this prolem
  is already fixed in the v7 base GA release.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.29.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
