The following exception occurred when handling a SOAP message:

This caused a fault to be thrown containing the following
    message:

    WSWS3035E: Error: com.ibm.ws.activity.remote.soap.ServerHandler
    .handleRequest threw RuntimeException.

The root cause of this issue was that whitespace in the header
was incorrectly being cast to a SOAPElement which resulted in
    the ClassCastException.

Problem conclusion

  • The transaction service has been changed to ensure that only
SOAPElement headers are cast to SOAPElements.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
