Problem Description:
In the administrative console, 'All Scopes' is specified and
the common library is displayed.  However, the results given
when using wsadmin differ from those using the Administrative
Console.  The following libraries are included in the result
of the wsadmin command but not included in the list of shared
libraries in the administrative console:

JWLLib(cells/sbpjsf0aCell01/nodes/sbpjsf0aCellManager01/servers/
dmgr|libraries.xml#Library_1242814722160)

If a library is associated only with the cell manager scope,
it will be hidden in the list of libraries displayed on the
administrative console.

Problem conclusion

A code change was made to adjust the scope selection on the
administrative console's library collection page.  The scope
now allows you to select a cell manger scope to view
associated libraries.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.7 and 6.1.0.29.  Please refer to the
