IIS dump files generated. Within Cognos 8.2, the IIS app pools crashing frequently which will stop the gateway from serving requests. Gateway tracing was put in place to see if we can isolate the issue. The message they get in Event Viewer is: Error: Application Pool COGAppPool is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in hte process(es) serving that applicaiton pool. Warning: A process serving application pool COGAppPool terminated unexpectedly. The process ID was 2928. The process exit code was 0xc0000005.
