Error description
Problem Description: WCM does not read property from file if trailing space is entered on configuration file. This means that if trailing space is entered on property value, property won't load.

Problem conclusion
If trailing space exists in property in WCMConfigService.properties, can cause issues when retrieving the property. WCM changed to trim the values.
