  *                 records and process the extracted data       *
  *                 using DRLCMONY.                              *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Processing of the CIMSCSRP file by      *
  *                      DRLCMONY results in an 0C7 abend due to *
  *                      'invalid' data in the file.             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
  ****************************************************************
  Transaction ID data extracted from the CICS SMF records can
  contain the double quote character. When these transactions are
  included in the CIMSCSRP file, they cause an error in the
  parser as the double quote is used to enclose resource values.
  

Problem conclusion

• The parser has been updated to treat an embedded double quote
  as a normal character.
