used in computing ROUND_HALF_UP rounding or ROUND_HALF_EVEN
rounding invoking ROUND_HALF_UP rounding.

The BigDecimal code has been updated to avoid overflow of an
intermittent value used in computing ROUND_HALF_UP rounding.

To obtain the fix:
Install build 20090626 or later
