  • Client processes appear to hang when communicating to a catalog
    server that is not available due to a brown out situation.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Client processes block when             *
    *                      communicating with catalog service      *
    *                      until ORB timeout                       *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Calls to catalog service were made non-blocking for route
    table update requests. Requests now timeout based on
    transaction timeout setting. Fixed problem in catalog service
    in replication where replica was getting Duplicate Key
    Exception on KeyNotFoundException.
