  using PANEL GROUP EDITOR display wrong panel object.

  Selecting 2 PANEL GROUP EDITOR and then using TEST or EDIT line
  command on a panel in the list led to wrong panel being used
  when the same panel name existed in more than one library. The
  panel used was the first one found in the library list. The
  related search sequence was ignored.
  

Problem conclusion

• The related search sequence is now correctly used when testing
  or editing a panel in a panel group edited by selecting option
  2 PANEL GROUP EDITOR.
