Error description

A search base is specified in wimconfig.xml as

- <config:ldapEntityTypes name="Group"
searchFilter="objectclass=group">
<config:objectClasses>group</config:objectClasses>

<config:searchBases>ou=groups,dc=xxxx</config:searchBases>
</config:ldapEntityTypes>

but a search was still performed under wider searchBases of the
Ldap repository, which caused too many groups to be returned:

Local fix

Problem summary

Problem scenario:
Ldap repository configuration is
<config:baseEntries name="dc=com"/>

group searchBases is:
      <config:ldapEntityTypes name="Group">
<config:objectClasses>groupOfNames</config:objectClasses>
<config:searchBases>cn=groups,dc=com</config:searchBases>
      </config:ldapEntityTypes>

When searching groups, searchBases "cn=groups,dc=com" was
ignored and Ldap searchBases "dc=com" was used instead by
mistake.

Problem conclusion

This problem has been fixed, the correct behavior is, when
searching groups, group searchBases will be used if it is
specified.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
