Administrative security and bus security is enabled.
The realm definition is set to Local operating system.
The user has been granted authority to publish messages.
The following exception occurs when attempting to publish a
message:
SECJ0344E: Could not get the groups that the user
<SYSTEM_IDENTIFER> belongs to because of the following exception
com.ibm.ws.security.registry.unix.UnixRegistryException:
not a valid user

The bus incorrectly performs a security check using a system
identifier for the user, resulting in the following exception:
SECJ0344E: Could not get the groups that the user
<SYSTEM_IDENTIFER> belongs to because of the following

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR allows the authentication check within
the bus to work correctly, by using the correct identifier
when performing the authentication check.
