Error description

• After install PK82012, incorrect behavior with RTE and Default
  stylesheet for authoring templates
  
  After applying default stylesheet to authoring templates, all
  RTE elements within the authoring template should use the
  default stylesheet.
  
  The label on the checkbox "Use Stylesheet, hide font/color/size"
  was misleading.  Using the checkbox has no effect on whether the
  rich text field is going to use the default stylesheet or not.
