Error description

• SQL Apply will be able to dynamically start TRCLFOW and TRCPERF
  without having to stop and restart apply.

  With DB2 V9 NFM a tablespace can change from
  basic row format (BRF) to reordered row format (RRF)
  and SQL or Q capture will be unable to decode the log
  record unless the PTF for this APAR has been installed
  prior to the change from BRF to RRF.
  SQL capture will issue: ASN0192E
  Q   capture will issue: ASN7130E
  If you have DB2 V9 NFM and perform any one of the
  following the tablespace will go to RRF log records:
  1) reorg a existing table
  2) load/replace existing table
  3) table created with Db2 V9 NFM

  *                      but does not stop putting messages on   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  1- with this fix, users can turn on TRCPERF by setting first
  byte of OPTION_FLAGS to 'Y', or second byte to 'Y' for TRCFLOW
  while Apply is running
  2- sqlda was not set to correct length for LOB columns
  3- Capture is not detecting that a partition in a partitioned
  tablespace is reorganized from basic row format(BRF) to
  reordered row format(RRF). Capture needs to know this
  information so that it starts to keep track of table schemas
  for decoding RRF.
  4- Q Capture should stop putting messages on a send queue after
  it reads a STOPQ signal for the send queue.
  5- With this change SQL catpure correctly decodes BRF
  log records.

• 1- Users can turn on TRCPERF or TRCFLOW without restarting Apply
  1. To turn trcperf on and trcflow on you need to update
     the following
     UPDATE ASN.IBMSNAP_SUBS_SET SET OPTION_FLAGS='YYNN';
  2. To turn trcperf on and trcflow off you need to update
     the following
     UPDATE ASN.IBMSNAP_SUBS_SET SET OPTION_FLAGS='YNNN';
  3. To trun trcperf off and trcflow on you need to update
     the following
     UPDATE ASN.IBMSNAP_SUBS_SET SET OPTION_FLAGS='NYNN';
  4. To turn trcperf off and trcflow off you need to update
     the following
     UPDATE ASN.IBMSNAP_SUBS_SET SET OPTION_FLAGS='NNNN';
  2- correct z Apply logic, set the sqllonglen to correct LOB
  length
  3- Capture will detect that a partition has been reorganized to
  a reordered row format (RRF) and insert a version into the
  version table accordingly. In this defect, Qcapture was changed
  to reset the value of IBMQREP_CAPMON MAX_TRANS_SIZE on each
  monitor interval.
  4- Modify Replication programs to process STOPQ command
  signals.
