Problem conclusion

• Added a flag for the
  
     6.0:
     WP MailService
     6.1:
     WP AIInitService
  
  To enable https addresses to be generated for e-mail
  notifications, add the following value to the
  
     mail.url.secure = true
  
  If the property is not present or set to false, Portal will
  generate unsecured http addresses.
