  APAR PK82988 fixes the following defects in WebSphere
  Application Server V7.0 for z/OS:

  PK76721 RRD: render parameters get lost between action and
          render phase.
  PK76733 Web Services client does not obtain a valid http cookie
          if it contains a " (double quote) in the path= parameter
  PK76737 The J2EE 5.0 schema files are missing.

          C9C25808. The problem is that server.policy contains
